We are happy to announce that we will open our Studio to  the general public and current clients as from Friday 01/05/2020.

Due to the regulations set out in our Honorable President’s address to the Nation on 

  • Disinfect the following:
    • Office and Studio area including the backdrop floor 30 minutes before your photo session appointment using a high strength alcohol based (70%) spray on disinfectant.
    • Client waiting area including chairs, tables and floor area 30 minutes prior to your appointment using the same disinfectant as above.
    • “Hard Props” and equipment such as lights, cameras, lenses and toys with a special wipe on alcohol based solution once a day depending on how busy we are – more shoots = more cleaning.
    • “Soft Props” such as cloths, maternity dresses, hats, baby blankets, bedding, pillows etc. will be sprayed with an alcohol based (70%) aerosol to prevent damping of the various materials.
    • Photo choosing area including chairs, coffee table, floor area and photographers’ desk.
  • Disinfect ourselves – hands and forearms with alcohol based hand sanitiser.
  • We will also wear the correct prescribed masks and surgical gloves at all times – before, during and after the photo or makeup session.
  • Apart from the extreme measures set out above, we will do the normal dusting, floor vacuum and washing each morning before we open our doors.
  • We will not hug you like we used to – please forgive!!


  • Please arrive at our studio on time – at least 15 minutes prior to the session.
  • Wear your mask when you arrive at the studio. You may remove these as soon as we start with the actual photo or makeup session.
  • Your hands will be disinfected by us as soon as you arrive.
  • No more than 4 persons will be allowed inside the client waiting area at any given time. We have enough chairs in the event that your group is larger to accommodate you outside the studio and office.
  • Groups will be limited to 10 (ten) people per session.
  • You may NOT visit our studio if you have tested positive for the virus – even if you are not feeling sick.
  • You may NOT visit our studio if you have a cold, coughing, sneezing or feeling sick at all.

Photo Session Bookings - Procedures & Payment Options:

  1. Studio & On Location sessions – Option 1: On acceptance of the quotation, please pay 50% of the total quotation amount to secure your date & time. Balance of 50% payable on the day of the photo shoot directly after the session via EFT, CARD or in cash. Option 2: On acceptance of the quotation, the full amount can be paid in advance via EFT to secure your date & time. Proof of payment mandatory.
  2. Weddings: On acceptance of the quotation, please pay 50% of the total quotation amount to secure your date & time. Remaining balance of 50% is payable 1 (one) week prior to wedding date via EFT or in cash. Proof of payment mandatory.
  3. Extras, gift items, photo prints, albums & books – Payable on receipt of the relevant invoice that will be sent to your designated e mail address. No post production will take effect unless full payment is not received. Proof of payment mandatory.
  4. Booking Confirmation – We will, within 24 hours after receipt of the proof of payment, send you a booking confirmation letter via e mail with all the relevant detail to confirm your booked date and time.
  5. Banking Details – Can be found at the bottom left hand corner of your Quotation.

Please be advised that we work on a “first come – first served” basis and cannot guarantee your session date or time until we have received your Booking Payment, therefore it is best to book & pay for your session as soon as you receive this quotation to avoid losing your time slot.
